Brent was paralyzed at 16yrs old, as a quadriplegic, in a wrestling accident. He has raised the bar for the disabled population by breaking down stereotypes and showing through great tragedies comes great triumphs. He finished high school, graduated college, is two sport two time Paralympic Medalist in wheelchair rugby and wheelchair tennis. He has been a substitute teacher for eight years. He is a rehab counselor for at Children's Hospital in Fresno, California. He has authored two books; 1. "Tragedy on the Mountain From Paralysis to the Paralympics" (autobiography) 2. "Playground Lessons Friendship and Forgiveness" (antibullying children's book series). He is happily married for 16yrs. He has traveled the world competing and speaking.
